Nagpur to Ayodhya trip on Royal Enfield motorcycles.
The journey started on 11 May 2024 with the captain Sanjiv Trivedi for the final destination of Adi Kailash and Om Parvat. The trip started from Poddareshwar Ram Mandir, Nagpur and the first night halt was Chitrakoot Dham, UttarPradesh.
May is the month when the summar is at its peak. We did an Air Conditioned Dharamshala very near to the Ram Janma Bhoomi Temple. We reached there in the afternoon but relaxed in the dharamshala till evening. The weather was a bit cool after 4 PM.
We walked to the temple. The temple is still in its construction phase but the divinity of Lord Rama is there. Camera, mobile phones, eatables or other electronic items are now allowed inside the temple premises. There are free locker rooms for your belongings. A separate stand is there for shoes which is also free. There are a lot of free filtered water kiosks. You need not purchase water here.
The darshan queue was only 10 minutes. The darshan of newly installed Lord Rama as a child was mesmerising.
